The Service Provider provides an online platform that allows users to forward messages from Discord client to Telegram. The User agrees to these terms when accessing or using the Service.
By agreeing to these terms, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your message data for the sole purpose of forwarding them from Discord to Telegram as described in this Agreement. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, consents, and permissions to provide us with such data for this purpose.
You agree not to use our service in any way that violates the Terms of Use of either Discord or Telegram, nor to engage in any activities that could be considered harmful or abusive by these platforms. You also agree not to use the Service to send spam, viruses, or any other malicious content. In addition, you represent and warrant that all forwarded messages are yours and that their forwarding does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other rights of third parties.
The privacy policy will govern how we handle User data and information. You should read it carefully before using this service.
Our pricing is set out on our website at [https://www.forwardmsg.com/#pricing]. We may change these fees from time to time, but such changes will not affect your current subscription unless you choose to upgrade or downgrade.
We reserve the right to update this Agreement without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after any changes means that you agree with those changes.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason or no reason at all. If termination occurs within the first 30 days of your subscription, a full refund will be given if paid monthly; annually, pro-rated refunds based on unused period will be given.
The Service Provider provides this service "as is" and "as available." The User agrees that the Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by use of or inability to use our service, including but not limited to damages related to intellectual property rights or other legal issues associated with forwarded content.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Service Provider, its directors, officers, employees, agents and suppliers from any claim made by third parties due to your actions using this service, including but not limited to claims related to copyright infringement or other intellectual property rights violations, or other legal issues associated with forwarded content.
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and us regarding this service. The User agrees that this Agreement may not be amended without our written consent.
